A defined Heart produces consistent worthiness and the ability to sustain effort in cycles. An undefined Heart — present in roughly sixty-five percent of people — experiences willpower as variable, and carries a particular not-self pressure to prove worth through achievement, overpromising, and taking on more than the actual available energy can sustain.
